Drivers will average 2500-3000 miles per week and starting pay is based on your experience and your safety record.

Qualifications: To be part of our team, ensure you meet the following criteria:
90 days Class A verifiable OTR experience (team or solo) in the last 12.
So if you have 4 years of experience but none in the last year you will not qualify
You must have at least ONE driving job in the last 12 months UNLESS you were taking care of a family member, staying at home parent, incarcerated, retired or in school.
May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year UNLESS one of the jobs is 3 months or longer.
Can not have been termed from last job due to an accident.
Can only have ONE DUI in a lifetime and it MUST be older than 3 years old.
No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years – open container is considered a moving violation.
No DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last 6 months and may not have more than one in the last 12 months.
No reckless driving in the last 5 years and no texting while driving (while holding a CDL – if before having a CDL does not count) in the last five years.
If you have a CDL and get texting while driving in personal vehicle that counts and can not happen in the last five years
May not have any manslaughter, murder convictions in a lifetime and may not have any Grand Theft Auto convictions in a lifetime.
All other felonies and misdemeanors are reviewable.
