*Operations Manager – Retail Manager – Operations Director *Will Direct a team to: · Work effectively to meet the needs of our staff and customers to best fill their desire for family home entertainment.
· Quickly responding to staff and customer needs from our existing large customer base.
· Support the staff in providing an exceptional client experience.
· Develop and maintain relationships with staff and clients to encourage a great experience.
